  The ponytail fashion accessory she threw away years ago, it was made of fake hair , it got a bit shabby after a while, but if you were to ever get hold of old asian movies and watched them you would see traditional black hair styles, It is still popular I think in Indian films , but I keep in mind the old films when I was growing up, The Indian hair styles , the bun and braid we can wear our hair easily in those styles and it is practical, the accessories is what got me interested, because I remember my mother telling me about the daily hair rituals of her family , her sisters and neighbours, I am sure if you can find a good area where there are a lot of asian usually stores that sell saris and that kind of thing will have hair accessories that you put in braids. I dont have any near to where I live unfortunately, if ever it split you hair up when you tress your hair? Well I think you divide the paranda into two and then hold one side with the left side of the plait and the right side with the right side, imagine is you were using a ribbon , you find the middle of the ribbon and halfway up the braid you place the middle of the ribbon , then you keep the left side with the left and right with the right and continue to braid ( god am I making sense???) when you get to the end I think you tie it like you would tie a ribbon on a tie together, So you kind of judge where the end of the paranda will be at the end of your hair and start to incorporate it above that point, if your hair is really long and the paranda is shorter then you will have to start lower down so the tassles are at the bottom, sorry at my description if it not clear these things are always better in pictures, I wish regina had a book on all her hair ornaments, someone really needs get her to do this.

We are currently taking up a marketing subject for this semester and our teacher gave us the choice to make our own products and endorsements. What we have to do is actually to shoot our own videos and then make sure that we have the appropriate products and we have used the different endorsement or advertisement strategies. I find the activity to be really challenging, especially that the planning and the preparations and really a great way to exercise our skills. For all of us, we really wanted to implement the best strategy that we could do so that will have the highest score in this particular class activity and after doing the videos, we are supposed to upload them in Youtube and get the highest number of likes.   It will still be one week before we can identify the which group got the highest number of youtube views and comments and additional 50 points will be given to the winning group. We are all very happy and excited to know the results and I was really hoping that we will get the highest score because this is a great help on this subject. We have watched the videos of the other groups and our faces really looked so funny because we are not that good in making videos and short movies and we also do not have any expertise on projecting in front of the camera. We all do want to have a good score for all of us and I am really very pleased that everything we submitted really made our teacher very satisfied and happy about it and at the end of the activity, our teacher gave us high scores and our group got the highest views and comments from other people. Since we passed the subject, we really called for a celebration.

When I was still in grade school, I was so lazy and I would just love to sit down because that is what makes me feel comfortable and I never played any sport at all at that time.   But I never expected that I would start playing sports in high school and it was really one of the things that I hated in grade school since it just made me sweat a lot. We always look at london 2012 because we are very fond of watching olympic games and it is one of the events that we are very excited about. I always make sure that we are going to watch the games because we are fans of it and we know that we could get something from it by just observing what they are doing like the techniques. There are times that I feel sad and depressed and what I usually do is just play soccer because it is my way of expressing things because I never get the chance to express what I feel because I was used to be secretive. For some reasons, sports really make me feel good and they help me whenever I would need comfort and after playing different games, eventually, I would feel much better and I would no longer be sad. Like me, my friends also feel better whenever they would play because it is the time when we forget our problems and we just focus on the game and it is something we need at times when we are stressed already with work and other stuff. That is why we, people are so happy and lucky that we have sports because in some ways, these help us in improving our skills and the more important thing is that, these help us go through our problems in life.

People who does not want to get pregnant get pregnant easily, and those that want to start a family needs to get fertility help from doctors,isn’t that ironic? An officemate of mine before had been married for a while, maybe around five years, and yet they still have no children, because it seems my friend does not get pregnant easily and they have been having sex way before they got married and still she did not get pregnant. They went to a doctor on their fifth year of marriage ,who was specializing on fertility and getting pregnant, and they were put on a series of tests mostly involving the sperm and egg counts.   Her husband was advised to lose weight because he was a bit over weight and was asked to stop taking alcohol,and then both of them were asked to go on a healthy diet and were advised to exercise regularly. For a year they have to follow these rules and make it their habit for their body to get to a healthy state, and my friend was also taught when to have sex based on a woman’s body temperature and based on a woman’s fertility cycle. But they broke up before the year ended,because she found out that her husband was cheating on her, he was caught in a car accident with another girl one night, and he could not explain in details how he ended up with her, and he keeps on denying that there is something going on between the two of them. My friend moved to another country because she got so devastated with what happened,and now they only get to see each other once every year, because the guy is not willing to pursue her and move with her to another place.

  Because it has been observed that a growing number of people are becoming more addicted on the best ways to lose weight fast, there are also more weight loss products introduced to the public as well as those blogs and articles over the internet ; surprisingly, one of the easiest and simplest steps is just to drink plenty of water. Yes, we will all definitely agree that drinking water as a way to lose weight is the easiest thing in the world because you do not have to have will power and will not be exerting too much effort in going out for an exercise; however, even if this step is simple, most of us today are actually dehydrated because we do not take in the needed amount of vegetables and we consume more alcoholic and caffeinated beverages instead of plain water. Also, because of dehydration, the metabolism of the person becomes lower and this can result to additional unneeded weight and to a feeling of exhaustion which can, in turn, lose one’s sense of thirst; because of being exhausted, many people resort to eating instead of drinking without knowing that the latter decreases the false hunger pangs brought about by the feeling of fatigue. Even if this step is one of the most effective things, still it is also one of the most ignored steps in losing pounds; better try starting now to drink with just two glasses of water every morning before taking your coffee or breakfast. If you want to make a big difference, then, eat those foods containing dense amount of water such as vegetables, fruits, and legumes; if you do a strict watch, surely you can reduce pounds in an instant.

Ever since I was a child, I really wanted to help those people who are having problems with their health and that started when my sister had a very serious illness and unfortunately, she died. What happened was really a very sad happening in our lives and it was really unexpected because that sister of mine had a positive aura and she would always smile whenever someone would look at her. As much as possible, I would really do my best so that our family would be away from sickness and that is because of what happened to my sister. By eating nutritious food and drinking safe drinks, we would be able to stay healthy that is why I would always remind my parents and siblings to have these so that we would not have a problem in our health. When we would get sick, it would be very hard that is why I have decided to have a phlebotomy training because in this way, I would be able to help many people in anything that they would need. My mother was so happy to hear about my decision and she told me that she is very proud of me because I have thought of helping the people in our country. I am having a great time with my new friends that I have met in the training and I did not regret in having this training because I am doing great with the training that I am going through.   What I really want to do in my life is that I would be able to help those people who need my help and I am really looking forward to this event.

  During my highschool years I have this friend Melissa my classmate too, I have this hidden feelings for her, she is my ultimate crush in the university, after graduate me and melissa dicided to go to the same school at college, so in college we still in together, we take same course as business management, we too have the same subject also, we take loaded units for about 23 units subjects, for about 5 years of friendship I want to tell melissa my true and hidden feelings for her, but I was scared to tell about it, I was just thinking about this love spells, how about I will go to a witch craft and maybe something that could help me regarding this, maybe its too crazy went to a witchcraft, or this crazy the supernatural things, but I rather try that nothing, after I went to this witchcraft, after then, this witch craft gave me something, a something said that write it on a piece of paper about the feelings I have for the person I inlove with, then after that burned it and put it in a small jug, and put it safe under my bed for about a week, then after that the ash of its paper where I wrote my feelings with in it, the witch craft said that I will mix this into the water and drink it myself, I was just thinking that this is the craziest thing ive done, so nothing to do with it but just for melissa, I was this crazy thing doing and beleiving this spells, so the next day, after drinking it, I was more feel good and in self motivate to tell melissa, but after when melissa and I go to canteen, I was this foolish and still cannot tell her about my feelings, so i believe, it was just my thoughts this witch craft or something, funny.

On my leisure time, when I am actually doing nothing and bored to death, I try going through the CD and DVD collection of my uncle, if there is no radio station available that is playing music good enough for me to listen and enjoy, which consists of different sorts of genre like romantic, historical, chic flicks, suspense, horror, science fiction, fantasy, comedy and war movies. But this time I did something different and I really do not know why I did, but for a change, I picked a movie that was in the genre of war movies; I really do not know what got into me when I did this but still, I got the DVD out of its case, inserted it inside the CD ROM of my laptop computer, waited for it to be loaded, and while waiting, I prepared some popcorn and turned off the lights before I laid down in front of the computer and started watching the movie as if I was watching it in a theatre. As I could expect from a movie of the war genre, there was a lot of blood spread; there was bloodshed almost everywhere in the movie as the war encounters between two sides resulted in injuries and horrible deaths to the soldiers; and in the middle of all these bloodshed, a very odd idea suddenly popped up on my mind. When I was still a kid, I have always wanted to try shooting, not that I am a very violent kid when I was young but because I was the curious type; I have never seen a real gun in my whole life but as what I am seeing in the movies, my hands are really itching to get my hands over those guns, learn how to shoot, snipe and other skills involving these things however it is against the law to bring or possess such things without license.   But luck came because nowadays, there is this sport known as paintball guns and with it, I am able to live my dream of shooting and sniping without killing a person or going against the law.

I got an interesting email, a week before from a friend in China,. CARE, a non- government organization that is doing research on coal,is looking for volunteer divers to help out in determining the level of toxicity in the areas surrounding the coal mining company in Toledo, that was what the email was all about.   A day after, I responded to the email and I received a call, confirming if I could join them. The campaign for clean energy here in Cebu turned out to be one of the guys I hang out with, during my university years, his name is Vince. It was such a coincidence,another coincidence, is that the safety diver of the team is Mark, who is one of my dive buddies, and one of the volunteer was from Maribago Blue Water Resort front office and a friend of Ivan my ex- boyfriend, and Bernil, a good friend from my island days. We were also working with two people from WWF, Chely and Deng , who turned out to be quite interesting personalities, both from my university, and are selling really cool pants, inspired from their trips in Thailand. They get their funding’s other international non- profit organizations, and the government grants them small business loans. Through the trans central highway, we traveled to Toledo,the sights were amazing and the weather was perfect. Our close encounter with a juvenile whale shark at the Tanyon Straight,was the highlight of the day,it was on the way to where we planned to get the samples. It was amazingly swimming so close out our boat and in a very relaxed manner. We did not even get a picture, or asked the boat to stop, or even jump out into the water, since we were already in our wetsuit,were all dumb-founded of the encounter.

previous days I bought 2nd hand gadget, a mini laptop m1300 asus, it has no wifi prepared but it has slot for wireless, it has 1 usb slot, the color is silver dark gray, the keys are still in good conditioned, im buying this for the reason to give it to my mother, for she is old enough to go upstairs to use the computer, and its much easier to use the mini laptop m1300 asus, with big keyboards, its portable, she can go anywhere, use it anywhere, wherever she wants to, especially she has mini store, she will not be bored enough waiting for her customers, so while in the store, she also has her mini laptop m1300 asus for her to use any time, she use it everyday, everytime, for her document things, sometimes she played this called tumble bugs and zuma, after a day, she complain about it on how she can connect to the internet, I told her to buy and purchase usb wifi adapter for her to connect the internet, after having one, she instantaneously test the usb wireless, and after installing some of its hardware needed, in a 3 minutes of loading, the usb tools is ready to use and ready to connect the internet, as well as a stand alone usb wireless internet connection,, I also tested it if it can detect with my previous connection, the wired one, called broadband, it use to connect but it still need to have hardware called netgear wireless 5.0 version, so I think no need to purchase for this one though It already has its stand alone usb wireless and ready for connection, meanwhile the said usb wireless apparatus is used by my mother for about 8 years, until now and then the mini hardware still in good conditioned and no signs of deffectiveness or somewhat called failure.
